How to handle common failures of light incubator

The light incubator is a high-precision heating and cooling constant temperature device, which has the function of automatic adjustment of temperature and light intensity. It is widely used in research and application fields such as biopharmaceuticals, agriculture, forestry, environmental science, animal husbandry and aquatic products.

 

Common faults in the daily use of the light incubator are as follows:

1. Uneven temperature in digital light incubator

*It may be caused by the items that are placed too densely.

*Long-time use of the lamp may make the bulb hot and cause uneven temperature.

*The circulation fan in the light incubator stops running.

 

2. The compressor of  lab light chamber does not work

*The compressor is always in a balanced state, then the cooling effect is better, and the compressor can be effectively maintained.

*If it is a single-system operation, it can only work when the temperature drops to a certain value. The temperature fluctuates greatly when the door is opened and closed, which makes the compressor start frequently, which is easy to shorten the service life of light plant incubator.

 

3. The circulating air outlet of incubator freezes:

*Each refrigeration instrument has a defrost cycle, during which the compressor does not refrigerate. When the ice in the condenser is melted by the heating element, the water is likely to gather behind the air outlet and become ice.
